Recently, we have seen an increase usage of the stone dust material at residents lots.
The material is being expanded into the lot which could cause water/rain runoff issues onto other people’s property. We will be looking after rainfalls to see if this is becoming an issue due to the limited permeable (the intended drainage through a material) that stone dust provides. Also, please be advised that if we need to dig through your stone dust to get to a water leak, that we will attempt to do the best possible to fix the area but there are no guarantees.
Lastly, I would highly suggest, that if you are going to put a stone dust material down, that you contact Ron at the office.
