This blizzard has been immense with very dangerous snow and winds. Due to the snow weight, we are seeing significant damage to trees, campers, and mobile homes. Currently we have lost power from the storm, and it may be a while until restored. Once the roads are completely safe and driving restrictions are lifted by the State of Delaware, we would strongly advise every tenant to come and check their property. While we will be trying to do damage assessment for everyone, we cannot see everything like a possible branch through a roof. At this time, our personnel have been working diligently to remove snow on the roads to get some sort of access. I will try to keep you updated as much as I can on this situation.
