Due to a few complaints this morning, this letter will be sent out to certain residents.
Due to multiple complaints, this letter is to inform you that according to your lease’s rules and regulations, your lot needs attention paid to it whether for leaves, excess grass growth, clutter/junk, or house/fence repairs, roof, or general outside cleanliness. Please take care of any of these problems that have to do with your lot before Sunday, July 15th. If your lot is NOT to our satisfaction after July 15th, then we will pursue stronger options to bring the lot up to standards. Questions can be addressed to the office at the number above.
I apologize to the residents that have their lots and homes cleaned.
