I heard that a tenant was told that if they were not under contract by July 31, 2024, that the fee would be approximately 8000.00 dollars.

I contacted the county and was told that this is NOT TRUE!!!

Don’t just sign a contract because of this.

I have e-mails from the county on this issue to prove this statement.
